In the last article, we learnt about the existence of and need to follow the natural laws set in place by God himself. However, there are responsibilities we need to play to remain in good health.
One of them is posture. With the advent of 21st Century jobs which require even less mobility, it is not rare to see employees spend about 12 hours at a desk, sitting down. This is not ideal for a great posture and needs to be acted on proactively. Take short breaks in between your work hours to stretch your back and limbs.
Also, learn to drink a lot of water. Many times, we underestimate the need our body has for water, and this leads to more health complications which could have been avoided in the first place. Health experts recommend that you take 8 glasses of water daily.
Don’t forget to exercise. Just a little exercise does great things to the body. Studies have proven that regular exercise helps to wake up early and stay agile throughout the day. Even your prayer life benefits from exercise, as you are able to pray longer hours without getting tired
