For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
1 Tim 2:3-4

Purpose is that one thing for which you were created and at which you must succeed, otherwise nothing else you succeed at will count.

Imagine a light bulb that plays music and has other fancy features but doesn’t produce light. Seeing this light bulb would cause to you to conclude that the light bulb isn’t fulfilling the purpose for which it was created.

Purpose is not determined by the purposed. The creator determines the purpose for his creation. The creation, on its part, discovers -not determines – his purpose

Every human being has a creator. God created us. To understand and discover our purpose, we turn to Him.
So the real question to be asked for purpose discovery is “what is God’s chief aim for all mankind?”

What are the things that if you don’t do here on earth, it wouldn’t count that you did any and every other thing?

Our opening scripture informs us on what God’s will is, It says “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”

This clearly reveals God’s will. It let’s us know that God’s will for mankind is Salvation- to see men saved and to come to knowledge. His will is that men know Him and make Him known.

Saved? Yes! Let your life be geared towards seeing this achieved in the lives of others also.
