We’ve in the past discussed how supernatural perception led Apostle Paul into clarity via more intense time of prayer.
We’ve also established the fact that supernatural perception can be followed by the need to act on something.
Today we’ll be looking at instances where supernatural perception led to actions.
“And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked: The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.”
There was a man who was lame from his birth in Lystra, he heard Apostle Paul speak and faith rose in his heart, Apostle Paul perceived it and acted!
Apostle Paul commanded him to receive strength in his feet.
We know we are supposed to heal the sick at every available opportunity. However, there are days when you can perceive that a sick person is prepared and ready for a miracle.
At such times, healing flows effortlessly. Many times, it is just obedience to the written word. Other times, it is a clear instruction via supernatural perception.
Evangelism becomes ‘cheap’ when supernatural perception is operative. We can just tell that a prepared heart is right beside us ready to receive the word.
We can see a brother or a sister and tell there is an issue bothering their heart and needs to be resolved.
In those times, what might be required of us might be in addition to prayer, we might need to be of physical help, we might need to give our materials to see their needs met.
SAY THIS: I perceive issues by the Spirit. I do what is required of me. I am willing and available to meet needs!
