“And they sang a new song: You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slaughtered, and You redeemed people for God by Your blood from every tribe and language and people and nation.” – Revelation 5:9 HCSB
You have to understand that the revelation of the crucified son of God is the theological fabric that has birthed our understanding of salvation. He died for our sins and rose again. When we believe in this, we are saved. (Revelations 5:1-6,11-12)
In the light of this, there’s nothing we shouldn’t give to have and preach this good news. Through the gospel, all the world can be reconciled to God. Ours is a dying world, however, the death of Jesus is capable of saving it.
See what the Bible says concerning this:
“We have redemption in Him through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace
Ephesians 1:7 HCSB
“And you were dead in your trespasses and sins But now in Christ Jesus, you who were far away have been brought near by the blood of the Messiah.” – Ephesians 2:1,13 HCSB
In this light, we should find any system that is not in alignment with God’s word repulsive. Knowing that the devil is in charge of the system of the world, we cannot expect the Gospel to become the socio-political reality just like that. Instead, we must strive to make it so. Anytime we see inconsistencies with the plan of God with mankind, we must react.
Knowing the relevance of the Gospel, we must embrace possibility that people will come to the knowledge of the truth. Stop anticipating that people will reject the gospel.
If you believe that all men can be saved, it will show in how you preach the gospel. It will show in your drive for the prevalence of the gospel.
As far as we live in this current world, there will be a lot of trouble. This shows how relevant the gospel is, in it, all the problems of humanity are solved! (Romans 1:16)
Dear believer, people are perishing. You have the antidote, do not withhold it. Preach the gospel!
