“Then He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation.”
Mark 16:14 HCSB.

According to World Atlas, there are 2.2 billion Christians in the world. This is out of the over 7 Billion people in the world and this number includes all people that claim the label of “Christian” even if they have never really heard the gospel. This means that there are over 4.8 Billion people that have not heard the gospel!

Knowing that the will of God is that all men be saved, we can clearly see that the gospel needs to be preached and projected even more. But who will preach the gospel? Believers! You and I!

We have heard and received this gift of God’s grace and now we have a mandate to preach it to the world. We must see our influence in His plan.

Every child of God has a part to play. God wants to make Himself known in the world. He wants the whole world to know of the salvation that He has brought in Christ Jesus.

This is why anyone that God uses in His plans is automatically shot up to a place of importance. Things begin to align for the person that aligns to the purpose of God. That person is a light shining for the world to see God.
We have been made lights, shining for the glory of God. ( Matthew 5: 14,16)

So how can we make impact as light?

The most important part of God’s plan is that all men are saved. How does salvation come? By preaching the gospel. (Rom 1:16, Rom 10: 17, Mark 16: 15).

So if you want to make impact and play your part in God’s plans, you must preach the gospel.
For the gospel to prevail over other ideologies, the voices of believers must be the loudest and the most consistent.

Additionally, prayer and miracles deepen the impact made by believers in executing the plans of God.

We see in the book of Acts that the early church constantly and consistently engaged in prayer. The testimony of this was that daily large numbers were being added to the church (Acts 1:14, Acts 2:47)

In Acts 4:31, we see an example of the connection between prayer, preaching and the working of the supernatural:

“When they had prayed, the place where they were assembled was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak God’s message with boldness.”

Dear friends, prophecies and instructions have gone ahead of us. Therefore, each of us must play his/her part and make impact for the gospel.

Preach, pray and walk in the supernatural like you are the only one even while partnering with your local assembly. For the gospel to prevail, you must play your part.
