EXPAND YOUR MENTAL CAPACITY

“Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the whole earth as your possession.”
Psalms 2:8 NLT

Yesterday, we looked at the statistics: more than 4.8 billion people have not heard the gospel. This means that if they die right now, they will not go to heaven. Think about it.

Look, there is work to do. Billions of people have not heard the gospel! You cannot just sit and do nothing. There is work to do and God wants to use YOU to save these people. Yes, you!

We have been talking about making impact since the beginning of the year. We have also ascertained that it is God’s will for our lives to be impactful. However, this will not happen if we do not expand the capacity of our vision.

As a church, we are not here to “play small” nor are we “playing big” just for the sake of it. We are doing big things because Christ demands it from us.

“And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.”
Mark 16:15 NLT

The instruction is clearly to go into all the WORLD and we must agree with Christ. It is time to take the limits off and expand our minds.

You may think, “oh… billions of people? How is it possible?” It is possible. It has happened before. By the impact of eleven men, billions of people, including you and I have heard and received the gospel.

Stop thinking small. For God to have His way in your life, you must agree with Him. You must EXPAND THE MENTAL CAPACITY OF YOUR VISION. Vision, in this context, refers to influence, purpose, and financial ability.

You have got to increase your finances too. The purpose of money is to fund purpose. Growing your mind and building influence is not just for your sake, it is for the sake of the kingdom.

Expand your mental capacity of what God can do in your life this year. If you are thinking ten, start thinking ten thousand.

Prophecy is one tool that can help you see bigger visions and we have a prophecy for the year. The Lord says we will be 10 times (10x) better than last year. Agree with Him. Our anchor text says we should ask for the nations. Are you asking like someone who has seen the visions of God?

Prophecies have gone forth, what plans do you have to run with them? How are you making yourself better at skills? It is time to be intentional. It is time to dream big for the gospel!
